2007 is going to be difficult year for last-minute orders. To avoid disappointment, Please try to place your orders as early as possible for Holiday delivery. Cypress Knee sets such as the Nativity and others should be ordered many months in advance. This ensures that I can give your Knee an amount of attention and detail that it deserves.
Holiday orders can not be shipped after Dec. 15, 2008.

Payment options: We accept credit cards on-line DIRECTLY and also through Paypal.
Checks and money orders are also accepted. There will be a $30 returned check fee.

Shipping Charges: Wood N' Nichols ships your order with US Postal Service or UPS. We are able to process orders from anywhere in the world. If you are international, please contact us directly so we may send you the approximate shipping charges. Normally we will be able to ship your order within one week, but if for some unforeseen reason we are unable to, we will notify you via e-mail and in the case of a "sold-out" situation...refund your payment immediately. We will also notify you, via email, when and with whom your order has been shipped.

Return Policy: When you become a customer of Wood N' Nichols, you will have a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us and we will promptly issue you a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. Merchandise must arrive in original undamaged condition, and you will be required to pre-pay all shipping costs to return the item(s) to us.
